Steps/Procedures: Accessing and Using Retirement Transmittal in Payroll Relief

  1. Navigating to Payroll Reports in Payroll Relief:

    • Sign in to your Payroll Relief account.
    • Look for the Reports icon, usually situated on the right-hand side vertical menu.
    • Click on this icon to access the Reports menu.
  2. Accessing the Retirement Transmittal Report:

    • In the Reports menu, follow the path: Reports > PAYROLL > Retirement Transmittal.
    • Select Retirement Transmittal to open the report.
  3. Viewing and Managing the Report:

    • Once you have accessed the report, you can:
      • Click the print icon to preview the report on your screen.
      • Use the email icon to send the report directly to the current employer.
      • Select the Cloud Cabinet icon to archive the report.
      • Click the Excel icon to export the report in CSV format, or the Word icon for RTF format.
