After your information has been added to our system, one of the first steps is to get your bank account set up for EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) for payroll and tax moneys.
You will receive an email from "
donotreply@payrollrelief.com" that has a link to the EFT application. The link expires in a week, so please complete it immediately. See a screenshot of the email you will receive below:
When you click on the link, you will be brought into the portal to complete the application. On the first page, please make sure the information is correct and that there is an amount in the "Daily Exposure Limit". This is very important because this is the highest amount you will be able to send for a direct deposit. It needs to be accurate. For exampl; if you have a gross payroll of $10,000 each payroll and direct deposits are $7,000, you should probably set your limit at $10,000 in case you add employees and need to move a little more. If you do a large bonus once a month, use that number, not your normal payroll so it does not get rejected when you go to process. Please contact us with questions on the exposure amount.
Click "NEXT" at the bottom of the screen.
Click on Step 1 and Login to your bank account. This is setting up a direct feed so that the system can verify you have the funds prior to payroll. This helps to limit NSF.
Once your bank account is approved, click NEXT at the bottom of the screen and complete the authorization.
