Create Offer Letters and Handbooks for your Onboarding Experience

Adding an Offer Letter
Go to Settings -> Onboarding

Click on the Custom Templates tab

Click on the Add Template button under Offer Letter Templates


You will have to give your Offer Letter a name (example; FT Exempt Offer Letter) and a description. You can copy and past your offer letter into the body and then update the merge tags to the same format as the ones on the right hand side of the screen [Company Name] [Company Address], etc.

Adding an Employee Handbook
Settings -> Custom Templates -> Employee Handbook Templates


*Click on "Add Template"
*Add a Name and Description
You do not need to enter any text into the body field! 
*Simply upload a PDF copy of your Handbook by clicking "Choose File" and click "Save Template"
