How to Access Your Employee's W2's
This article will show you how to find your employees W2's in the payroll portal...
When logged into Payroll, click on Tax Forms-> W-2 Forms on the left side of the screen.
Select the Year and Employee if you want one employee, or leave it blank if you want everyone.
Click on whichever version you need on the left side (the version we send you is the W-2 (4-up).
Click the Printer button at the bottom of the screen.
You can print or save the W2s from there.
