How to Add a New User

Both client-admins and managers can quickly add new users who don't need to go through onboarding from the Dashboard or the My Team page. On both pages is an "Add Employee" button on the top right. Click this to open the invitation form.

This is the same form that is used to add onboarding users, but on the bottom of the first section is an option to skip onboarding:


Select "No" for the field "Does this user need to complete the new hire onboarding process", and an invitation email will be immediately sent to your new user.

While their invitation is pending, they will be under the "Onboarding Users" section of the My Team page. Once they respond to the invitation and activate their profile, they will be set to active and moved to the Team Members section.
