How to Add an Expiration Date to a Document

Tracking the expiration date of a document is simple. You can add an expiration date to a document in multiple places. Expiration dates do not apply to documents like W4's, I9's, and Offer Letters. They apply to documents added either directly to an employee profile or from a Task.

Watch this quick video on how to edit documents.

Adding an Expiration Date from the Employee Profile

Go to My Team, Select the Teammate you want to upload the document to, and you can either add the expiration date on the upload or edit it after the document has been uploaded.

You can also edit from the Documents tab

Go to the Documents tab and select Employee Information Documents. You can then click on the edit button on the far right.
