  1. Accessing the Pro Dashboard:

  2. Navigating to Time Off Management:

    • Once on the dashboard, locate and click on the ‘Manage’ option on the left navigation (see screenshot below).
  3. Accessing Manage Time Off:

    • In the ‘Manage’ menu, select ‘Manage Time Off.’ This will take you to the section where you can view all pending time off requests.
  4. Reviewing Time Off Requests:

    • You will see a list of pending time off requests from your employees. Take a moment to review each request. You can click on an individual request to view more details if necessary.
  5. Approving Requests:

    • To approve a request, you have two options:
      • Bulk Approval: If you want to approve multiple requests at once, select the requests by checking the boxes next to them and then click on ‘Approve Selected’ at the top of the list.
