How to Complete the Employer Section of the I9
Completing the Employer Section of the I9 is simple. After an employee has completed their section, you go to "My Team" and locate that employee in the "Onboarding Team Members" section at the top of the page. Click on the "Employee I-9" link:
Next, you will be prompted to upload the employee's documents if they have not already. Once you upload copies of their ID's, enter the appropriate information about the Document in the Authorized Representative Review section:
Make sure you add all appropriate information for the document you selected. It is important this is completed and accurate.
Once you have uploaded the documents and completed the information about each document, you simply authorize and sign and you are done.
