How to remove a time off request

In the event that you would like to deny a time off request from an employee, this action can be done no matter the status of the request (approved, denied, or pending) and before or after the request date has passed.

To deny a request, navigate to the Dashboard > Time Off tile > Select 'View all Requests'. Each request for the month is put into a list of requests for easy navigation. You can also select requests via status: Pending, Approved, Denied. Select and identify the employee and the time card to deny.




Select the time card to deny:



If the request was Approved and its date has already passed, the user’s time off balance will be updated to add back whatever hours had been taken by the removed request.
