How to remove a time off request

In the event that you would like to delete a time off request from an employee, this action can be done no matter the status of the request (approved, denied, or pending) and before or after the request date has passed.

To delete a request, navigate to the Time Off Calendar page. Each request for the month is put into a list of requests at the top of the page and added to a calendar at the bottom. Scroll down to the calendar and find the request you want to remove. Click its name, and in the modal that appears, click the Delete button to remove it. 

If the request was Approved and its date has already passed, the user’s time off balance will be updated to add back whatever hours had been taken by the removed request.
