How to Update Missing Dependent Demographics for Benefits [Pro Software]

This article addresses an important issue faced by some of our employees: missing data elements, such as Social Security Numbers (SSNs), for their dependents. This information is crucial for the efficient use of medical benefits. We'll guide you through the steps to log in to the PRO Software and update the SSNs for your dependents, ensuring uninterrupted access to your medical benefits.

Steps/Procedures:

  1. Accessing the PRO Dashboard:

    • Begin by logging into the PRO Software. You'll find yourself on the PRO Dashboard.
    • Navigate to “My Benefits” and select “Request Change.”

  2. Entering eBenefits Window:

    • After selecting “Request Change,” you'll be directed to the eBenefits window.
    • Here, continue by selecting “NEXT” until you reach the “Dependent/Beneficiary” window.

  3. Updating Dependent Information:

    • In the “Dependent/Beneficiary” section, locate the dependent whose SSN needs updating.
    • Enter or correct the SSN for your dependent.
    • Once the SSN is correctly entered, select “Save.”
    • Continue by selecting “NEXT” until you reach the “Review/Finish” option.

    • Review all the information you’ve entered for accuracy.
    • Once you’ve confirmed the details are correct, complete the process by selecting the “Review/Finish” option.
