If you have forgotten your Password or Username you can easily reset these credentials from the login screen (linked above).
Username:
- Select Forgot Username
- Enter in your Email or Phone Number
- Your Username will be sent to you via email
Password:
- Select Forgot Password
- Enter in your Email or Phone Number
- A Password Reset will be sent to you via email
