How to Update Your Direct Deposit and Tax Withholding in Pro Software

Steps/Procedures:

1. Navigating to the Home Dashboard:

  • Your main dashboard is the starting point. Here, you'll find various widgets tailored to your company, allowing you to access your profile, payroll information, benefits, and more.

2. Submitting a Change Request:

  • Locate the “My Change Request” widget on your dashboard.
  • Click on 'New Request'.
  • A prompt will appear where you can select the type of change: Direct Deposit, Federal W4, or State W4.
  • Choose the required option and click “Go”.

3. Following Up on Your Request:

  • After submission, your request will go to your employer or guHRoo for approval.
  • You can track the status of your request in the 'My Change Request' widget.

4. Changing Direct Deposit Information:

  • In the Direct Deposit section, use the “plus” icon to add a new account, the “pencil” icon to edit an existing account, or the “stop” icon to cancel an account.
  • After making changes, click the submit button at the bottom of the screen.
